This is a vigorous Qi Gong set that includes the warm-up section.
Prior to class it is recommended that you stretch, message your feet and begin to breath into the lower dan tien.
Several moves require considerable leg stretch and bending - you may wish to have a chair nearby to give you support if needed until you have built up the muscles for these moves.
The vast majority of this set is not difficult and is very expansive.
