In this journey we will be exploring the sound vibrations of our own bodies. How do we work with these vibrations and how does exterior and interior sound affect our bodies? What sounds are best served in our world today, and how do we navigate through a world filled with the vibration of sound?

We will also be activating the sound codes for the upgraded frequencies sent to us over the last 3 months. It is time for us to set intentions for where this will take us. Free ourselves from the things we don't even know are pulling us away from our truest soul connections.
